Why are my received PET bottles deformed and completely unavailable for filling? How can I avoid this problem?

What LYRA did:

PET bottles are prone to deformation under high temperature, with a maximum heat resistance of 60°C normally. So It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight and keep them away from heat sources.

For bulk orders in summer or for deliveries to tropical countries, we place ice packs for sample shipments and use refrigerated containers to control temperature and ensure product quality.

Meanwhile, we suggest storing and displaying the bottles at a temperature between 15–30°C to extend the shelf life of materials.
