How can we avoid receiving printed glass bottles with blurry print, blackdots, incorrect content and ink peeling off?

What LYRA did:

Before printing: We confirm the minimum font size and printing position limits, and thoroughly clean the bottle surface to remove oil stains and dust, ensuring firm ink adhesion before printing.

During printing: We control the scraper pressure and speed to avoid blurred printing from excessive pressure and broken lines from overly fast speed.

Then, we carry out full inspection of pre-production samples, along with cross-cut test and alcohol rubbing test to verify screen printing adhesion. Mass production starts only after approval.

Also, Regular random inspections are conducted during production to adjust printing parameters and maintain consistent quality.

Lastly, all printed packaging is individually packed to avoid surface contamination.
