How can I receive glass bottles withoutbreakage, as well as non-collapsedpallets, undamaged cartons and dust-free packaging?

What LYRA did:

In international shipping, cartons often suffer dropping and extrusion, which easily cause glass bottle breakage. Broken glass fragments may scratch the electroplating and screen printing layers of adjacent bottles, leading to secondary damage. Dust entering damaged cartons will also contaminate all clean glassware inside. With years of export packaging experience, Lyra adopts the following strict measures to minimize shipping losses:

Firstly, custom partitions are added inside cartons. Each glass bottle is wrapped with a PE bag or bubble bag to prevent shifting, dust and impact damage.

Secondly, export-grade 5-layer thick corrugated cartons are used with edge protectors on four corners to enhance compression and drop resistance.

Thirdly, wide adhesive tape is applied for full sealing to prevent dust from entering the cartons.

In addition, pallet stacking layers are strictly limited. “Fragile” and “This Side Up” labels are pasted on cartons and pallets to remind logistics operators of standard handling.
