First of all, we back up stock of raw materials all year round, including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET and others.

Next, we confirm bulk order standards and pre-production samples at the order confirmation stage, avoiding any artwork or color revisions during production.

Afterwards, squeeze tubes and plastic bottles are produced simultaneously on independent production lines. Printing for the same color is completed in one batch to reduce downtime from repeated color switching.

Besides, we arrange proper production capacity for the order without inserting other orders into the schedule.

What’s more, we reserve buffer time to handle rework for defective goods and equipment malfunctions. Production progress is tracked daily to make up for any delays in a timely manner.

Finally, bottle mounting, quality inspection, assembly and packaging are arranged synchronously in separate processes to save lead time.
